Alabastro Sonoro

Corno etrusco - corpo curvo a campana - lunghezza 30 cm. - costruito in Alabastro Agata.
Strumento ricavato da iconografia dell'epoca.
Realizzato da un blocco unico di pietra, poi tagliato in due parti, scavato all'interno ed infine unito di nuovo e rifinito all'esterno. Un lavoro molto lungo e di difficile realizzazione.

Etruscan horn - bell curved body - lenght 30 cm. - made from Agata alabaster.
Instrument copied from an iconography of that Age.
Realized from only one block of stone, then cutted in two parts, hollowed out the inside, joined together again and at last given the finishing touch to the outside. A very difficult and long work.
